Quarter Fund-raiser by Clubs & Individuals

I want to thank each club and individual who is participating in the Quarter Fund-raiser building program for the AYM Museum – A Discovery & Learning Center.  During the 2017 union camporees the Quarter Fund-rasing building project was presented. Several have asked concerning the process for turning in funds for the quarter fund-raiser building project that is being done by Adventurer/Pathfinder Clubs.  Please note the following.

In December 2016 a separate account was set up with the bank for retaining the funds as they are turned in from the various clubs and individuals for the AYMM building project.  All funds from the Quarter Fund-rasing will be put into the special account.

There are two ways to send in the funds:

  1. Mail a check for the amount raised along with a list of the names of the individuals and the amount each one raised to the Adventist Youth Ministry Museum, P.O. Box 60, Battle Creek, MI 49016.
  2. Use the website and turn in the funds that way, BUT you will need to e-mail a list of the names of the individuals and the amount each one raised to Terry Dodge so the records can be kept straight and proper credit given to each person for receiving their awards.
